Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $35.00/hr.

Responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial food equipment, performing preventive maintenance, training staff, documenting work, and ensuring equipment safety and food safety across Walmart stores.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material‑handling equipment, and food‑equipment skills.
• Use the work‑order management system for reactive repairs and document all repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. at a time; able to move up and down ladders frequently and work at heights.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and work in various temperatures.
• Hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to pass an MVR report.
• Vocational or technical certification with 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience in plumbing, electrical, material‑handling equipment, or a related trade.
• Preferred:
  Completion of a 2‑year trade program or license in the relevant trade; intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
