• 12‑hr shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM / 6:00 PM–6:30 AM) – No blocked scheduling, self‑scheduling (based on census/staffing)
• Ratios:
  Day 1:5 | Night 1:6
• Weekend: 4 weekend shifts per 6 weeks (rotation)
• Holiday:
  Rotational
• Call:
  If cancelled, may be placed on call (45‑min return per policy)
• Float:
  Within MS scope
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, NIHSS
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  MS/PCU/Tele or CCU experience
• No drip titration required
• Heparin per protocol

• PNA
• COPD
• CHF
• Ortho (shoulders/hips/knees)
• Appendectomy
• Cholecystectomy
• Diverticulitis
• Bowel resection
• Pancreatitis

• Charge RN (both shifts), Supervisor (nights)
• PCTs 1:12 max ratio (days & nights)
• Chronic BiPAP/CPAP
• Remote telemetry (monitor tech in CCU; MS RNs do not interpret)
• Scrubs:
  Navy Blue
• Orientation: 1 clinical education shift + 2 unit shifts with preceptor
