Toyota Material Handling Components Franklin produces hydraulic control valves exclusively for TMHNA across multiple model platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Franklin, IN. The Team Lead will supervise day-to-day operations within their assigned area to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, providing guidance and support, managing schedules, coordinating workload assignments, and conducting regular performance reviews. The Team Lead will work in close collaboration with cross-functional departments to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members
- Organizational and time management skills, with a focus on overseeing operations and managing schedules
- Communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and resolve issues
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve processes through Kaizen and 5S disciplines
- Knowledge of operational safety standards and best practices
- Experience in hands on technical manufacturing is a plus
- Familiarity with the Toyota Production System or Lean manufacturing principles
