This is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklin, IN, for an Embroidery Machine Operator/Apparel Decorator. The primary responsibilities include operating embroidery machines to decorate apparel and other items as per client specifications. Additional tasks involve setting up machines, selecting proper threads and designs, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, and completing work orders. Collaboration with team members to meet production deadlines and deliver quality products is an integral part of the role.

• Experience with operating and troubleshooting embroidery machines.
• Attention to detail, ability to ensure quality control, and accuracy in work processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good understanding of color coordination, fabric types, and design specifications for apparel decor.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to ensure product satisfaction.
• Previous experience in apparel decoration or a similar industry is preferred but not mandatory.
