Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Overnight (11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday) Garden Care Center | Franklin Square, NY (Nassau County, Long Island)

Garden Care Center, a progressive skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Franklin Square, NY, is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our overnight team Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

As the RN Supervisor on the overnight shift, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring clinical excellence, and supporting staff while maintaining a safe and high-quality care environment. You will serve as the primary clinical leader during overnight hours, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during the overnight shift
• Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• Respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and problem-solving for overnight staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with NYS DOH regulations
• Communicate effectively with management regarding overnight operations and issues
• Maintain a calm, organized, and professional environment during overnight hours

• Current New York State RN license (required)
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently overnight
