Overview
We re hiring a Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for entry-level field and technician positions. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is comfortable being on the phone most of the day, moving fast, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed. If you like a steady pace, clear expectations, and filling jobs week after week, this role is for you.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Recruit full-time for entry-level and technician roles
- Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to candidates daily
- Screen candidates by phone and clearly explain job details
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Keep regular communication with hiring managers on candidate status and feedback
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Send post-offer documents (offer letters, onboarding paperwork, next-step instructions) to candidates and track completion
- Follow up with candidates to ensure paperwork is completed on time
- Update candidate records accurately in the ATS
- Help ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience from first call through offer
- 1-2 years of recruiting or high-volume hiring experience
- Experience recruiting hourly, entry-level, or frontline roles (healthcare, home services, warehouse, call center, staffing, etc.)
- Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple open roles at once
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through
- Experience recruiting technicians or field-based roles
- Experience coordinating interviews and offers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, to support communication with a diverse candidate population; not required
- Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards
- High daily call and screen volume
- Interviews and offers moving quickly with minimal delays
- Post-offer paperwork completed accurately and on time
- Hiring managers and candidates kept informed
- Positions filled consistently and efficiently
