THE ROLE As the Strategic Account Executive (SAE), you have a customer-oriented approach and sales expertise that results in increased revenue and profitability. To ensure success, you should have the ability to generate new leads through client relationship management strategies, establish strong client relationships, and provide innovative solutions to meet the client’s needs. You have experience as an extremely high-level individual contributor who also leads the strategic sell approach to winning new business and cultivating existing accounts.
You are responsible for leading client engagements, presenting, and providing a consultative sales experience to customers. Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for achieving revenue targets through the pursuit of new business and growth of existing accounts by generating new opportunities, as well as developing and growing existing account revenue - with a focus on the Exhibit market
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* You have a desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. You're a go-getter.
* You ‘Land and expand’ qualified Moss customers. You will prospect for new contacts, handle incoming deals from existing clients, nurture relationships with current contacts and grow revenue quarter over quarter
* You will monitor your sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions
* You are a trusted advisor to our customers, educating them on the value of Moss’s capabilities and services
* You communicate with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
* You strategize and formulate plans with your manager and team for how to continue growing revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and recurring business within your accounts
* You possess a client interaction style that is informative, consultative, and strategic
* You exhibit confidence and expertise when presenting
* You establish efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments## Qualifications
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
* Five to seven years of strategic consultative / solution-based sales experience
* PC proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Experience with Salesforce is required
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills both with internal team members and external clients and prospects
* Superior business and negotiation skills
* Industry contacts
* Have a strategic mindset
* Must be a self-starter and self-motivated, but with the ability and willingness to take direction and work in close collaboration with colleagues
Ability to travel regularly based on account development needs or strategy
