This position is for 2nd Shift
Position SummaryAs a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make the world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Basic proficiency in English to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.50*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
Including a $1.50 shift differential.
