. Renato and Tim Otten founded Select Surfaces in 2009 to create a business that would not only change the standard in our industry but would provide opportunities for the team and clients.
We are currently searching for a CNC Machine Operator. There is an opportunity to move up into the programmer position in a quick amount of time. We will send you an email to request a phone interview if your qualifications match the position.
Overall ResponsibilityMeet with the production manager to review design details and counter top selections. Produce accurate & precise products using our CNC machines.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Review every detail of the job with production manager
- Interpret schematics and CAD drawings
- Program the specifications of each piece into your machine
- Inspect the finished product for accuracy
- Maintain your machine and troubleshoot issues
- Report any major issues to management or the design team
- Construction industry experience is desired
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Vocational certificate (preferred)
- Experience with CNC machines cutting stone
- Strong analytical abilities
Pay rate : $20-28 / HR.
