Sr Director Finance

Base pay: $220,000–$250,000 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, PTO and 401(k) match.

• Manage BU financial planning activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, etc.
• Drive and monitor financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items, and evaluate their effect on operations.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive the financial planning process for monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and five‑year strategic plan.
• Cross‑functional contribution.
• Drive standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in planning and reporting, including best‑practice sharing.
• Provide coaching and development to direct reports.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and scenario modeling.

• 12+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
• Services industry experience preferred, but not required.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Strong leadership experience.
