What this job involves: As a Senior Maintenance Mechanic at our corporate headquarters, you will be the technical expert ensuring our building's critical mechanical systems operate at peak performance. This hands-on role maintains a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment by troubleshooting complex issues, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Your work directly supports operational excellence and world-class property management services.

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handler units, split systems, and related mechanical equipment
• Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and system maintenance throughout the facility
• Execute pipe fitting work, pipe running, pump repairs, and motor maintenance as needed
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all mechanical building systems
• Test and maintain backflow prevention devices to ensure compliance and system integrity
• Complete carpentry work and general building maintenance tasks to support facility operations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations

• At least 6 years of progressive experience as a maintenance mechanic in commercial building environments
• Demonstrated expertise with HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, and air handlers
• Advanced proficiency in plumbing systems, repairs, and installations
• Valid driver's license
• Strong technical knowledge of pipe fitting, pumps, motors, and mechanical systems
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks effectively

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (or equivalent refrigerant handling certification)
• Experience maintaining corporate office or commercial headquarters facilities
• Familiarity with backflow prevention device testing and certification
• Basic carpentry and general building maintenance skills
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices and scheduling
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with facility management and vendors
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs

7:30 am to 4:00 pm with potential for emergency on-call rotation. Overtime as needed.

USD 73,000 – 89,400 per year
