Learning Management System Administrator

Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global Medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an LMS Administrator

• The LMS Coordinator for the excellence Academy is responsible for the ongoing management, accuracy, and optimization of all master data within the Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) for the Excellence office and ISC Excellence. This role ensures learning records, curricula, assignments, and user data are properly maintained, while providing high quality reporting, system monitoring, and operational support.
• The LMS Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless learner and administrator experience and enabling data driven decision making across Excellence Academy programs.

• LMS Administration & Master Data Ownership
• Maintain all LMS master data (users, items, curricula, assignments, programs, catalogs, facilities, instructors, etc.) in alignment with governance and quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance across learning objects.
• Process learning assignments, completions, and updates as requested.
• Support creation and maintenance of Excellence Academy libraries, certification paths, and learning journeys.
• Serves as the internal LMS expert for the LMS training process and set-up

• Monitor daily LMS health, data integrity, and system workflows; proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Conduct periodic audits of learning records, curricula, and user data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
