- Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
- Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies to ensure effective project delivery

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related IT/Technical field
- 5‑7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master or similar role
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
- Experience managing dependencies and risks in large‑scale Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and their application in team performance improvement
- Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification preferred
- Experience with software development for medical devices or a regulated field
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
