• Develop new marketing claims for blood collection tubes to differentiate Client from key competitors
• Effectively partner and collaborate with Medical Affairs to identify analyze testing to substantiate marketing claims.
• Align marketing claims with Client pre analytical Systems value propositions for high impact
• Perform competitive claims analysis deep dive
• Drive proposed claims through copy approval process
• Disseminate new claims and supporting data to regional marketing partners
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

• BS/BA in business or science. MBA preferred
• 4+ years of relevant marketing experience in medical device, clinical diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical industry with a consistent track-record of high performance and results. Sales experience desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working globally is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
