Overview

German based real estate investment fund is actively looking to engage and speak with Native / C1 level German Asset Managers. Please note fluent spoken and written German skills is essential to the role.

The role, based in Frankfurt sits within an established, high performing team, covering various different asset classes across the real estate sector.

• Asset management activities across various asset classes within real estate (as part of an established team).
• Collaborate on lease negotiations to support property performance.

• Native / C1 level German; fluent spoken and written German is essential.
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience within asset management; experience in banking, private equity, or with leading property agents is advantageous.
• Strong on lease negotiations.
• Interest and capability in financial modeling; numerically strong with high level reporting skills.
