Are you passionate about the sports, fashion and the latest products and trends? If so, we may have the perfect role for you! Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to lead the team in an exciting sports and fashion brand in what will be a busy and stunning store!

We are looking for a new leader who is passionate about retail and can bring that energy to their store! You will be creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop, as well as inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Our client is opening a pop up store for 12 months, however we feel that with the right people in place we may look to offer

Drive performance and retail sales across the store
Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
Managing the store KPI's including P&L, Audit Customer service
Keeping the team's technical product knowledge up to date
Reporting to the area manager

Experience and qualifications as a Store Manager:

Having a passion for the outdoors will be a massive advantage for this role
Retail experience at either Store Manager, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level in the outdoor world is preferred
Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
Has a track record of driving sales and performance
Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis.

Previous experience working with fashion is desirable but not essential, what is essential is having a passion for the outdoors!
