German based real estate investment fund is actively looking to engage and speak with Native / C1 level German Asset Managers. Please note fluent spoken and written German skills is essential to the role.

The role, based in Frankfurt sits within an established, high performing team, covering various different asset classes across the real estate sector.

Ideal candidates may have experience of working within banking, private equity or perhaps for one of the leading property agents. Suitable candidates will be able to show that they have perhaps 7 - 10 years of relevant experience within asset management and also strong on lease negotiations. Those with an interest and relative capability on financial modeling and generally strong numerically would be preferred along with high level reporting skills.
