An international law firm with a growing German presence is looking to hire a German-qualified Funds Associate in their Frankfurt office, with up to five years' relevant work experience. The firm's global Funds practice has offices in London, the US, South America, and the Middle East, and works across fund structures including sovereign wealth funds, private funds, and registered funds.

You will work directly with the managing partner of the Frankfurt office, who has over 15 years' experience handling transactions across the full lifecycle of a fund, including fund structuring and formation, operation of funds and investment companies, as well as fund finance, due diligence, tax, and regulatory matters.

• Support the full lifecycle of fund transactions in the Frankfurt office, including:
• Assisting with fund structuring and formation
• Operations of funds and investment companies
• Fund finance, due diligence, tax, and regulatory matters
• Collaborating with the managing partner on transactions and related matters

• German-law qualified
• 1-4 years of relevant funds experience (the firm is open to candidates with any funds background)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Backgrounds in fund structuring/formation, funds/public companies regulation, tax, or banking and finance considered
