• Full creative ownership of digital projects, campaigns or defined scopes
• Development and leadership of strong visual concepts, design systems and motion languages
• Final decision-making authority for visual quality, design and execution
• Oversight and quality assurance of visual execution across multiple disciplines (design, motion, 3D, AI)
• Close collaboration with Creative Direction, Strategy, Creative Technology and Development
• Mentoring, guidance and professional development of Art Directors and Junior Art Directors
• Active integration of AI and generative AI approaches into creative processes and visual concepts
• Presentation and representation of creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
• Continuous development of

  ’s creative standard, visual language and digital design quality

• Several years of experience as a Senior Art Director or in a comparable senior creative role within a digital or creative agency
• Outstanding portfolio with a strong focus on digital brand communication, motion, design systems and visual concepts
• Deep understanding of brand leadership, visual systems and digital experience design
• Confidence in making creative decisions and owning visual quality
• Experience in mentoring, guiding and developing creative teams
• Strong expertise in motion design and digital design, with solid knowledge of 3D and AI-driven workflows
• Strategic mindset combined with high creative excellence
• Fluent in German and English
