Stellenbezeichnung: Head of Supply Chain Planning - Additives (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15 highly skilled members across multiple locations.

Contribute to and ensure the execution of the global supply chain strategy.

Act as a change agent, promoting continuous improvement of Planning processes, including initiatives like Integrated Business Planning.

Manage risk across the supply chain to inform decision-making.

Maintain a customer-centric culture by leading by example.

Encourage, mentor, and train team members to achieve targets and career growth.

Oversee the global S&OP process at operational and tactical levels.

Drive harmonization of cross-segment planning processes.

Manage planning throughout the product lifecycle with stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

Create and evaluate scenarios for capacity expansion (In-House / tolling).

Requirements

Degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years in a global business environment.
At least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in supply chain planning processes and systems (e.g., SAP APO).
Experience leading the S&OP process and Integrated Business Planning.
Experience in building system capabilities and developing planning organizations.
Fluent in English;
German language skills are a plus.
Ability to drive cross-functional change management.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of the latest supply chain trends, processes, technology, and tools.
Drive for continuous improvement and results.
Strong team leadership skills.
Ability to initiate, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively towards goals.
