Job Overview

Citadines City Centre Frankfurt is seeking a curious, active and inventive Receptionist (m/f/d) to become part of our Front Office Team. Your colleagues are city insiders with the best hacks to navigate city living.

Our properties operate 24/7, so the department works on early (AM-PM) or late (PM-PM) shifts, with night shifts available as required.

You will support our team in providing guests with unique experiences and the comfort of a serviced residence combined with the flexibility of a hotel.

• Perform general reception duties in the front and back office, checking guests in and out, and processing emails and guest enquiries.
• Offer a warm welcome and a memorable departure experience, continuously seeking opportunities to personalize guests’ needs, travel purposes, plans, etc.
• Take initiative to accommodate customers’ needs in a resourceful manner.
• Be proactive in learning and developing administrative tasks, procedures, processes, and standards and ensure correct practice.
• Ensure that all shift tasks are carried out according to the required standard and take responsibility for providing full handovers to all relevant parties/shifts.

• Speak fluent German and English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent guest engagement skills with the ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to organize yourself according to the different expectations of guests.
• Organized, motivated, and a team player who enjoys working in an international team.
