Tax Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join their finance team, responsible for overseeing tax planning, compliance, and reporting. In this role you will be key in managing the organisation’s international tax strategy and operations.

• Support and execute global tax strategies to reduce liabilities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and external advisors worldwide.
• Provide tax guidance to finance and accounting teams on transactions and structures.
• Monitor global tax law changes and assess their impact on the business.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and internal stakeholders for accurate tax reporting.
• Act as liaison with relevant tax departments and auditors.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in tax, preferably within financial services or international environments.
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
