Role Summary
Senior Oncology Account Manager responsible for direct promotion of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ products and for developing and managing relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned territory. Part of the commercial team supporting sales and marketing functions. Will implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

- Promote Jazz Oncology products to physicians and healthcare providers within the assigned territory, across community and academic centers.
- Develop and manage relationships with therapeutic specialists; leverage cross-functional resources to meet patient needs.
- Develop and implement customized account strategic plans, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Research and analyze customer needs, stakeholders, and reimbursement landscape to inform territory business plans; identify key decision-makers.
- Utilize dashboards, omnichannel reports, speaker programs, conference attendance to gain customer insights and provide feedback to cross-functional partners and the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to align and execute account strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Work with customer-facing colleagues to facilitate achievement of functional tactical objectives; adapt plans as market conditions change.
- Promote a high level of product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and clinical developments in oncology.
- Represent the company at live and virtual conferences, educational events, and meetings; maintain accurate territory records via CRM.
- Ensure activities comply with legal/regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Lead or co-lead as the main point of contact for designated accounts and coordinate with cross-functional partners to streamline engagement with account stakeholders.

Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market - Preferred:
Strong clinical, technical and scientific knowledge of product(s) and applicable disease states - Preferred:
Strategic thinker who can drive a strategic account business plan - Preferred:
Strong key account management experience in complex academic and community accounts - Preferred:
Demonstrated history of strong business acumen, problem solving, prioritization, account management and sales data analytics skills - Preferred:
Skillful in fostering teamwork and collaboration in cross-functional account management - Preferred:
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving sales growth - Preferred:
Experience with GI, HER2 landscape, biomarker-driven therapeutics and/or Lung Cancer - Preferred:
Key Account and Market dynamics knowledge
- Strategic Account Management:
Ability to understand internal customer business models and external reimbursement landscapes; develop tailored strategies and plan resources; leverage dashboards and omnichannel insights; collaborate with cross-functional partners. - Customer Understanding and Analysis:
Proficient in identifying stakeholder priorities, patient needs, and market trends; strong research and analytics capabilities. - Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership:
Effective in coordinating with marketing, medical affairs, and market access; ability to mobilize resources and share insights. - Communication and Presentation:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting to healthcare professionals in person and virtually. - Execution and Compliance:
Experience organizing meetings, attending conferences, using CRM tools, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
