• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement.
• Assist with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience if not.
• Valid Driver’s License with insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
