Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes; associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process, gain awareness of product, and contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
