Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile and create eye contact with guests

* Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly and efficiently

* Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* And other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
