Salary Range ($54k - $57k annual salary)

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, while maintaining a consistent brand image across digital and print media.
• Develop marketing campaigns leveraging social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising channels.
• Engage in conversation across all media platforms with our members.
• Oversee and coordinate content creation, including copywriting, graphic design.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools and other performance marketing software to monitor campaign effectiveness, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with sales teams on sales initiatives and support product management efforts by creating compelling content that tells our story.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring campaigns stay within financial parameters while maximizing ROI.
• Support the execution of print advertising campaigns and manage social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.
• Serve as the onsite marketing representative for designated events
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven experience managing all major social media platforms.
• Excellent research skills coupled with strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Approachable and friendly.

• Some college or Associate's Degree required
• 3+ years marketing and social media experience
• 1+ years experience with design tools, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey, Screenly, and MCIF or CRM
