A leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry is hiring Press Operators with experience running rotogravure or gravure printing equipment to join their growing production team.

- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot rotogravure/gravure printing presses
- Perform press changeovers, cylinder changes, ink setup, and registration adjustments
- Maintain print quality, color consistency, and production standards
- Monitor press performance and make minor mechanical adjustments
- Complete quality checks and documentation throughout production runs
- Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Press Operator (or equivalent)
- Hands-on gravure or rotogravure press operation experience
- Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
