Job Title:
Electrical Assembler
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform electrical assembly and wiring of robotic weld cells specifically for the automotive industry. You will test and calibrate units according to specifications, and use hand tools to assemble units while following work orders, instructions, or blueprints. Lifting up to 30 pounds may be required, as well as connecting motors and installing panel boards.
This position involves up to 30% travel, often once a month for 2-3 days at a time, to client sites to perform installations.
- Perform electrical assembly and wiring of robotic weld cells for the automotive industry.
- Test and calibrate units according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools for assembly.
- Follow work orders, instructions, or blueprints accurately.
- Lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
- Connect motors and install panel boards.
- Travel up to 30% of the time to client sites for installations.
- 1-2 years of electrical assembly experience.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting using a voltmeter.
- Experience in residential or commercial electrical work, including running conduit or pulling wire.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- High School Diploma or GED.

Work EnvironmentYou will work in a clean, well-lit facility that spans 200,000 square feet, with ample space for expansion. The work atmosphere is relaxed and family-oriented, and you will be part of a small team of around 25 employees. The position is for the 1st shift, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKFORT, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
