Pool Supervisor

Under the Aquatic Assistant Manager's direction, the Pool Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and the public at the Aquatic Center.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Scheduling Staff

* Monitoring and Approving staff timesheets

* Supervising staff in all areas (concessions, admissions, guards, attendants)

* Work with staff and the public to resolve problems

* Discipling staff and/or the public (suspension)

* Watching for unsafe behavior

* Monitoring the weather and assisting with weather delays or closings

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

* High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is typically performed outside at the aquatic center, sometimes in difficult weather conditions (e.g. heat, cold, rain, etc.). Works in close proximity to chemicals and chemical products.
