Overview
Talis Group’s client is a Louisville law firm established for several decades in this region, with a reputation for family culture. This nationally recognized firm is hiring an Attorney to join their team and handle primarily Family Law with some Criminal as well. This medium sized, growing firm offers full benefit package including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and 401K.
This firm also has bonus plan for new business development activities and exceeding billable hour requirements. Base salary: $80-$95k
- Manage full case load of divorce, paternity, custody, child support and other family law related cases.
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, motions, etc. as required.
- Communicate often with clients, providing case updates and legal direction.
- Conduct legal research as needed to develop appropriate and motions arguments.
- Work closely with Family Law Partner taking direction on high asset cases.
- Kentucky License in good standing required.
- Seeking 3+ years of family and or criminal law experience.
- Must have experience managing substantial case load with staff and management support.
- Prefer experience with high volume practice.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills required.
- Must be able to handle high asset cases.
