IT Project Manager

Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

• PMI Certification – PMP and/or PMI-ACP.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.

• 3–5 years of experience working with business units to identify and document IT needs and facilitate solutions.
• Experience with project management, project planning, and documentation.
• Experience leading software development teams in delivering business solutions.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups.
• Experience managing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage project work and facilitate communication between business units, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead multiple teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
• Create and maintain organized project plans to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure requirements are properly gathered, documented, and approved by customers.
• Set and proactively meet deadlines while managing progress against project plans.
• Present project updates and proposals effectively to peers and leadership.
• Clearly articulate ideas, proposals, policies, and plans to stakeholders.
• Lead the successful execution of the project management plan.
• Assess customer capabilities and needs and communicate insights to the project team.
• Develop and maintain required project documentation.
• Conduct Daily Standup meetings and ensure adherence to iterative development methodologies.
• Facilitate resolution of project roadblocks and elevate issues when necessary.
• Assist in defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Business Analysts in managing and communicating requirements to technical and business teams.
• Communicate issues, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.

• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
