+  _Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise._

+  _Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack._

+  _Experience with the Oracle product set._

* +  _Proven experience relevant to this position including 10+ years of functional consulting experience._

+  _Prior team leadership or management experience preferred._

+  _Business process experience in the following areas:_

** _Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in budgetary controls and encumbrance accounting._*

** _10-15 years/solid across General Ledger, Fusion Accounting Hub, and Subledger Accountin_

+  _Ability to lead design workshops across multiple process areas including enterprise structure and chart of accounts design._

+  _Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience._

+  _CPA is a plus._

+  _Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus._

+  _Ability to communicate effectively._

+  _Ability to build rapport with team members and clients._

+  _Strong influencing and negotiation skills._

+  _Ability to travel up to 30%, when required._

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
