An Imaging Technician is needed to support a large IT environment. This role centers on imaging and deploying Windows 11 devices, with additional responsibilities in troubleshooting, light break/fix work, and basic scripting. Experience with Power Shell is a plus. You’ll join a team of seven technicians and contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient workstation environment.
This is an on‑site, 8‑hour‑per‑day role with flexible start times between 7–8 AM.
Key Responsibilities- Image, configure, and deploy Windows 11 computers across the organization.
- Perform light break/fix work, including hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Support end users with technical issues related to desktops, applications, and operating systems.
- Assist with application support, workstation setup, and device configuration.
- Use diagnostic tools and established procedures to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to scripting tasks;
Power Shell experience is beneficial. - Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and deployment tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with users and team members.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
