Spring Arbor Frankfort has recently joined the Spring Arbor Senior Living family, and we’re growing a dependable, compassionate care team to support our residents during evening and overnight hours.

3rd Shift (Nights)

Full-Time & Part-Time

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

2nd Shift

Full-Time

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability required.

Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

Support residents during meals and overnight routines

Respond promptly to resident calls and needs

Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety and comfort

Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas

Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed

Resident Assistant or CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years or older

CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Healthcare, hospitality, or service experience is a plus

Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
