We are seeking a hands‑on and analytical Process/Industrial Engineer to drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost. This role focuses on evaluating existing operations, identifying process gaps, and implementing Lean-based solutions to optimize production performance.

Responsibilities- Analyze current manufacturing practices to reduce costs, enhance workflow efficiency, and increase throughput.
- PFMEA
- Conduct time studies, capacity planning, layout optimization, and standard work documentation.
- Collaborate with teams on new product introduction, including feasibility, PFMEA, and process validation.
- Support cost analysis, ergonomic assessments, and production variance evaluations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and lead cost‑saving and productivity projects.
- Enhance layouts, tooling, and workflows for improved efficiency and safety.
- Track KPIs and create dashboards to monitor progress.
- Maintain standard labor times, cycle data, BOMs, routings, and standard cost.
- Develop SOPs and assist in production staff training.
- Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, and equipment for optimal yield and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 4‑8 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- PFMEA
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Base pay of $85-$100 plus profit sharing of 10%
