What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise account executives to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Develop and implement account management strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track team and individual success
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account management activities to executive leadership
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of people management or relevant leadership experience
  • Proven success in sales or account management within the corporate SAAS sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making track record
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing at all organizational levels
