• Pay Range: $20 - $30/hr based on experience
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, standard hours 7AM–4PM, with frequent 4-day work weeks
• Overtime:
  Time and a half over 40 hours, and you can work as much as you want

• Location:
  
  Based in Frankfort, IN, serving job sites across Indiana
• Daily Responsibilities:
  • Show up on time, ready to roll
  • Coordinate with project managers to prep trucks and load necessary materials
  • Mobilize tools, gear, and equipment to petroleum job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each job
  • Complete tasks to high-quality standards, this isn’t a “just get it done” kind of team
  • Wrap up jobs, pack out equipment, and prep for the next project

• High school coursework completed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to work in outdoor environments and handle manual labor
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
• No experience required, just bring your drive and commitment
