Company has been in business since 1932 providing delicious snacks and dips across the world. Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Mechanic to work in our facility in Frankfort, IN.
Compensation- Hourly Pay $29.36-$37.70 per hour, based on experience ($1.00 shift premium).
- $3,000 sign-on bonus, $1,000 after 90 days, 180 days, and 360 days
- $800 annual tool allowance
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
- Typical work week is 40-50 hours per week

- 4-day work weeks, 10-hour rotating shifts, Tuesday-Friday
- Typically work 2:00pm-12:30am, work until work is completed
- Typically work 10-12 hours per day. More overtime work is typically available, if desired
- Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative and as-needed maintenance of diesel trucks
- Properly attend to truck inventory
- Interpret and follow work orders and technical manuals
- Travel to locations to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Communicate effectively with management, providing them with detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs
- Maintain schedules and document completed preventative maintenance and repairs
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
- Maintaining parts and yard organization (with direction from operations management) to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old
- Some mechanical experience and/or aptitude is required: automotive, production, machinery, farm equipment, etc.
- ASE Certification is a plus
- Candidate preferred to be able to provide his/her own tools but company will provide if necessary
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have a valid and current US driver's license
