Security Officer - Front Desk

Allied Universal - Up to $17.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and access control policies;
Control entry and exit by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in and sign-out logs, and directing deliveries to appropriate receiving areas;
Monitor alarms, access control panels, cameras, and/or radio traffic; report irregular activity and complete detailed incident and shift documentation;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with onsite leadership and emergency responders as needed;
Support traffic flow at gates and loading areas by coordinating vehicle check-in, verifying shipment paperwork as directed, and helping to maintain orderly access to the property
