Manual TC Assembly Position

1st and 2nd shift

• Properly run the manual assembly machine
• Perform set up timely
• Meet production and quality standards
• Ability to read job tags and understand processing steps
• Inspect material to ensure product is correct and not damaged
• Ability to use computers to produce finished goods labels, plate, and shop floor reporting
• Work with the Quality Department to verify material to the standards
• Maintain lot integrity through the assembly process
• Produce daily schedule targets
• Operate a powered industrial truck safely
• Stage material to the schedule to meet customer demand
• Communicate professionally to department leads and management
• Communicate maintenance and tooling requirements as needed
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times

• Ability to read understand and follow instructions
• Ability to use proper tools
• Ability to operate mobile equipment

High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Familiarity with shipping and warehousing processes and procedures, as well as experience using mobile equipment, is a plus, but not required

• Work is performed in a distribution center environment
• Standing for long periods of time is required
• Lift up to 50+ pounds on occasion
• Must be willing and available to work overtime, as needed
