Responsibilities
- Customer service – Greet customers and answer questions. Assist with locating products and resolving complaints.
- Cash handling – Accept money, checks, credit/debit cards. Balance register at shift start and end. Process returns/exchanges per policy.
- High school diploma required (or equivalent)
- 21 or older
- Check IDs to ensure legal sales of age-restricted products
- Ability to operate cash registers, calculators, scanners
- Necessary mathematical skills for making change and refunds
- Knowledgeable about company's products, services, and customer-related policies
