Floor nurse – providing excellence in clinical care

At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), Nurses play a key role in helping our residents feel safe, respected, and supported as they work toward their clinical and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, collaboration, and stability in care.

• Provide safe,
  compassionate nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with individualized care plans
• Observe resident progress and respond thoughtfully to changes in condition
• Support and guide CNAs while working together as a unified care team
• Help maintain a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment, using de‑escalation skills when needed

• Deliver meaningful nursing care to a consistent, structured resident population
• Collaborate closely with providers, therapists, and care coordinators
• Work within clear clinical protocols with strong leadership support
• Use iPads for efficient, real‑time bedside documentation

Floor Nurse

We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
• Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred
• Experience with the post‑acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post‑op ortho & the medically complex
• Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
• New Grads are encouraged to apply
