Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a vital role focused on processing invoices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely processing of financial documents, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial department.

• Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices.
• Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting.

• Proven experience in invoice processing or a similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data entry and database management.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
