• Planning and running events, celebrations, and community programs.
• Working with vendors, performers, and community partners.
• Creating flyers, newsletters, calendars, and digital content.
• Supporting cultural and holiday celebrations (yes—food included!).
• Coordinating wellness events like flu and vaccination clinics.
• Supporting volunteer programs and resident-led initiatives.
• Budget planning, data tracking, and program evaluation.
• Using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Salesforce, and more.

• Project management & organization.
• Creative design & content creation.
• Cross-cultural communication.
• Team collaboration & problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Human Services, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with older adults and diverse communities.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
• English required;
  Russian, Mandarin, or Cantonese a big plus!
