- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for Tel/Data and Security systems (AV experience is a plus)
- Develop detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and determine labor requirements for project bids
- Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information) during the bidding process
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation
- 3-5 years of estimating experience in Tel/Data or Security industries (AV preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and analytical skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license required
