Security Officer - Perimeter Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and direct visitors to appropriate check-in locations per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports, and communicate pertinent information to management and site contacts
