Job Description:
- Responsible for acquiring new contract revenue within an assigned territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct prospecting activities (phone calls, video conferencing, cold calls in the field, emails, physical mail) to set appointments for building surveys and proposals.
- Follow all established sales process steps, adhering to deadlines including building surveys, money calls, proposal delivery, and sales/operations walk‑throughs.
Requirements:
- 1‑5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects.
- Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
Location: This is a hybrid‑based work environment. Candidates will report to a Framingham, MA area office on Mondays and Fridays and spend the remainder of the week in the field on client visits and cold‑calls.
Territory: South Central MA - Marlborough, Framingham, Natick, Walpole, Foxboro
