Role Description
This is a part or full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Professional based in Marlborough or Framingham, MA. The Agent will work closely with clients to identify properties that meet their needs, conduct property showings, provide expert advice throughout the purchasing process, and prepare necessary documentation. The role also involves coordinating with other real estate professionals, maintaining knowledge of the local market, and ensuring seamless transactions to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications- Valid Real Estate License and experience in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in Real Property practices and proficient knowledge of property market trends
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
- Proficiency with real estate software and tools is desirable
