Where and how will you serve customers?

• Identify areas of concern using a map of the property provided to you such as areas of standing water, property lines, gardens, environmentally sensitive areas.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers' needs.
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device.
• Apply materials safely and effectively in accordance with all label, State, and Federal laws and/or regulations.
• Respond quickly to unscheduled requests for service.
• Attain and maintain State Pesticide Applicator licenses required by company in a timely manner.

What do you need to be successful?

No Experience Required – we’ll train you!

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 500 pounds of hose.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
